1.How do you control quality and ensure food safety?

A:We have a professional quality control team, responsible for the inspection records of raw materials, production process, semi-finished products and finished products. Once a problem is found in each process, we'll rectify it immediately. In terms of certification, our factory has passed the ISO22000,HACCP and the FDA certification. At the same time, our factory was approved by Disney and Costco. Our product passed California Proposition 65 testing.

 

2.Can l choose different items for one container?

A:We try to get you in a container with 5 items, but too many projects will greatly reduce the efficiency of production, each individual project needs to change the production mold during the production process. Continuous mold change will be a huge waste of production time, and your order will have a long delivery time, which is not what we want to see. We want to make your order turnaround time as short as possible. We work with Costco or other large customers with only 1-2 SKUs so we can get a very fast turnaround time.

 

3.If quality problems occur, how do you resolve them?

A:When a quality problem occurs, first we need the customer to provide a picture of the product location where the quality problem occurs. We will actively call the quality and production department to find out the cause and give a clear plan to eliminate such problems. We will give 100% compensation for the loss caused by quality problems.

 

4.Can we be the exclusive distributor of your company?

A:Of course. Your confidence and affirmation in our products make us feel very honored. We can first build a stable partnership, if our products are popular in your market and sell well , we're willing to protect the market for you and let you become our exclusive agent.

 

5.How long is the delivery period?

A:The delivery time for our new customers is generally around 40 to 45 days. If the customer needs a custom layout such as bag and shrink film, they need a new layout with a delivery time of 45 to 50

 

6.Can l ask for some free samples? How long will it take to receive them? How much will the shipping cost?

A:We can provide you with free samples. You can probably receive it within 7-10 days after sending it. Shipping costs are usually in the range of a few tens of dollars to about $150, with some countries being slightly more expensive, depending on the courier's quote. If we can reach cooperation in the near future, the shipping cost charged to you will be refunded in your first order.

 

7.Can you do our brand (OEM)?

A:of course. We have a professional team of designers who can customize them according to your ideas and requirements. Include the product packaging bags , stickers and cartons are included. However, if need OEM, there will be a plate-making fee and inventory cost, contact us

 

8.What are your payment terms?

A:30% down payment before production, 70% balance before shipment.

 

9.What kind of payment methods are acceptable to you?
