How To Make A Simple Jelly Pudding At Home

Ingredients:  

   *Egg 1pc

   *Milk 1 bag

   *A little sugar


Methods/Steps:

1.If the portion is for one person, then only one egg and half a bag of milk is needed. Take a container other than a similar plate, and a small pot that can boil the milk.

2. To explain the principle, the pudding can be solidified because the egg white is inside, so we should not add too much milk. The container should preferably be able to go into a microwave oven or a pot.

The first step is to beat the eggs with as few bubbles as possible, if you have a whisk at home it is best, if not, just chopsticks.

Step 2: Pour half a bag of milk in a small saucepan, turn on low heat, do not boil the milk, add a little sugar (depends on personal taste), stir until melted, turn off the heat. Set aside to cool.

Step 3: Place the beaten eggs into the container of pudding, then pour the cooled milk, slowly, into the egg mixture, stirring as you pour.

Step 4, to be mixed well, the liquid should be light yellow, if too many eggs and too little milk, it will appear earthy yellow

Step 5: Place the container with the egg mixture and milk in the oven, or steamer, and steam on low heat for 10-15 minutes, it will slowly solidify.

Step 6, if you want to make caramel, it's easy, add the sugar to a new container, add a little water, turn on low heat until the sugar boils down to a very thick sugar, pour it over the pudding and that's it..

Note: When steaming the pudding, do not turn on high heat or it will not solidify. When simmering the caramel, do not stir the sugar with a spoon, just shake the skillet back and forth.
